Ayman has 22+ years of hands-on experience in Digital Transformation and customer experience from inception to implementation across several lines of business and industries covering GCC, MENA region, Europe, UK, and India. 

Ayman designs, orchestrates and implements customer experiences that successfully impact customers and stakeholders. Currently, he is a senior advisor for C-Suite in digital transformation and innovation management areas. The main objective of his role is to assist organizations in their transformation journey, design new products, leverage big data, analytics, and BI to analyze customers' profiles and behavior and deliver a successful outcome, CX, UX, and design new business models, implement business strategies, create and optimize business processes, re-engineer them, Improve channels, create frameworks, rationalize IT Investments, reduce operational cost, and increase digital footprint.
